Does SAZHR handle 24×7 hospital shifts?
Yes. Plan morning, evening and night shifts ward by ward, see open shifts and overtime, and let staff request swaps that their manager approves in one tap.
How do staff mark attendance?
Staff clock in and out from SAZHR at their hospital, see their shift for the day and the week ahead, and request a correction if they miss a punch. HR sees present, absent, late, half-day and overtime counts for everyone.
Which leave types are included?
Casual leave, Sick leave, Earned leave, Leave without pay are ready to use, with half days and attachments such as medical certificates. You can configure your own policies in Setup.
What happens when a manager is on leave?
They delegate their approvals with 'Away? Delegate', so leave and other requests keep moving while they are away.
Do we have to enter staff details again for other apps?
No. People come from SAZ Vida Accounts, so a new hire added once is ready in SAZHR, Accredify, Licensify and every other SAZ Vida app, with the right access.
Can SAZHR track professional registrations and certifications?
Yes. Nursing and medical council registrations, BLS and ACLS certificates and similar credentials sit on each staff record and are flagged before they expire.
