FAQ

Accredify questions, answered

Which NABH standards does Accredify follow?

Accredify is built around the NABH Hospital Accreditation Standards, 6th edition: all ten chapters, from Access, Assessment and Continuity of Care to Information Management. Elements are described in our own words; your quality team can import the official wording from your licensed copy.

How does Accredify decide whether we would pass?

Every applicable element is scored 1 to 5 in each self-assessment or mock round. Accredify then checks NABH's pass rules, such as overall and commitment scores of at least 80%, no core element below 4 and an action plan for every low score, and gives you a clear verdict. The 'What would it take?' panel shows exactly which changes would turn it into a pass.

We run several hospitals. Can we see them side by side?

Yes. Switch between hospitals or view all of them at once: readiness, audit scores, incidents, KPIs and overdue actions are rolled up for the whole group, then broken down hospital by hospital.

What does the AI actually do?

It summarises audit findings, guides you step by step when you are unsure what an NABH element needs, and drafts content such as report slides. AI agents that automate routine quality tasks are on the way.

Can we share the data outside Accredify?

Yes. Build board and committee presentations from live data and export them to PowerPoint or PDF, and export any list or data point to Excel or CSV.

How is evidence protected?

Each score carries the evidence behind it. Uploads are approved before they count, nobody can quietly add or change records, and every change and sign-in is kept in the audit trail.
